I Produce My Own Gumball,Guess What Am I? I'm A Gumball Machine

Well this lads and gents is my right hand with an extra big sized $1 gumball. It's ooglay! It was a tiny bit smaller last week but as you can see,it's growing and it has started to pain. I will have it examine tomorrow. Hopefully nothing serious. Big news;my sister,dd is going for Uniten instead of MMU which i find it a relief. Haha! Congrats d. I'm having mood swings today due to my lack of rest so i'm off to sleep now. Chop chop.
